Eligibility
Legal age, a valid tax basis in your country of residence, a bank account for euro transfers, and at least one publicly visible channel or a portfolio.
Commission and attribution
The commission rate follows the number of active customers: Partner 25 % (1–20 active customers), Pro Partner 30 % (21–50), Elite Partner 35 % (from 51). The rate applies to all of the partner’s customers and is fixed at the moment a commission is booked; a later change of rate applies only going forward. Commission arises solely from a subscription that was actually paid, and for at most 12 months from each customer’s first paid invoice; the period runs separately for every customer. After it expires, the claim for that customer ends. A completed payment triggers commission, not a registration – so the free trial generates none. If a customer cancels before the 12 months are up, the claim ends with the paid billing period. Attribution window: 90 days. Where several touchpoints exist, the last one before registration counts. Cancelled and refunded payments are offset.
Payouts
A commission becomes payable 30 days after the payment it arose from; that period covers the withdrawal and refund window. From €50 of payable balance the partner requests the payout in the dashboard; the euro transfer is usually made within ten working days to the bank account or PayPal address on file. A balance below the threshold does not expire. Tax obligations rest with the partner.
Permitted advertising
No bidding on the "FirmaCenter" brand or its variants in paid search. Promotional content must be labelled as such. No misleading claims and nothing that suggests the advertising comes from us. Logo and brand material only in the form provided.
Term and termination
No minimum term, no exclusivity, terminable at any time. Commission already earned and released is paid out normally after termination.
